【Abstract】 On the basis of the concept of rural region with both lower-level development and rich resources, the type is analysed on resources constitution of the rural region, and we find it moulding three types: 1) tourism resources is dominant; 2) tourism resources is coordinative; 3) tourism resources is subsidiary. Analysing current problems and restrictive factors, we report that there are some characteristics of the tourism development in the rural region: 1) being biased in knowledge, development of tourism is not urgent; 2) being short of funds, development of tourism resources falls short of our wishes; 3) being no thorough in plan, development of the tourism resources is an blindfold act; 4) being no success in publicizing development of the tourism resources, the benefit is far from ideal. At last, we design three models of the tourism development, these are: 1) for the dominant one, the model is tourism leding development; 2) for the coordinative one, the model is tourism joint development; 3) for the subsidiary one, the model is tourism follow- up development. Then we have three case studies of tourism development i. e., Xinning,Siuning and Wugang.更多还原
