Ga/HZSM-5催化剂中镓的状态及其分布的XPS研究

【摘要】 利用XPS技术对不同Ga/HZSM-5中镓组分的分布状态进行考察。结果表明镓与分子筛之间产生了相互作用,以活性组分和游离态镓存在,且镓呈外表面富集。还原、氧化处理对镓的状态及分布有明显的影响。关联催化活性评价结果,认为与HZSM-5产生相互作用的镓组分为低碳烷烃催化芳构化反应的活性物种。镓的均匀分布有利于提高催化活性。

【Abstract】 The state and distribution of Gallium in Ga/ HZSM-5 catalyst pretreated atdifferent conditions were investigated by XPS technique. Results shown that there is astrong interaction between Gallium components and HZSM-5.Gallium components in thecatalyst can be divided into two parts:ACTIVE COMPONENTS AND PREE Ga2O3. Galli-um components loclize mainly on the external surface of ZSM-5 zeolite.Reduction or oxida-tion pretreatment greatly affects the Gallium state and its distribution. Considering the aci-tivity evaluation of catalytic aromatization,it is suggested that Gallium components,inter-acted with HZSM-5,are the active species in catalytic aromatization of light alkanes. Galli-um species uniformly distributed with in the zeolite have higher catalytic activity.
