湖北汉川电厂1、2号贫煤锅炉燃烧器反切改造方案的研究
REARRANGEMENT OF BURNER PARTS TO FORM AN ADVERSE CIRCLE AT EXIT OF FURNACE FOR LEAN COAL-FIRED BOILER
【摘要】 本文针对汉川电厂1、2号炉末级再热器爆管问题,分析了爆管原因,提出了改进措施。其中最主要的措施是燃烧器喷嘴反切布置以削弱炉膛出口的残余旋转,降低烟气侧热偏差。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the cause of tube explosion, which frequently happens on the hot stage reheater of boilers No. 1and 2 in Hanchan power Plant, authors put forward improvement measures. The main measure is to rearrange the higherrow for nozzles to form an adverse circle in order to weaken the remaining gas rotation at the exit of furnace and to reduce the thermal deviation at the flue gas side.
