锅炉稳燃技术的发展及开缝钝体燃烧器的研究
STUDY OF BOILER FLAME STABILITY AND DEVELOPMENT OF BURNER WITH SLITTING BLUFF-BODY
【摘要】 利用回流烟气加热一次风煤粉气流和提高一次风气流的煤粉浓度,都有利于锅炉燃烧的稳定。开缝钝体燃烧器的设计综合考虑了回流加热和煤粉浓度局部富集。实验结果表明,与直流燃烧器和钝体燃烧器相比,它具有较好的稳燃性能。通过在乐平电厂的应用,证明它对劣质烟煤有较好的适应性。
【Abstract】 Using recirculation flow to heat the primary air and increasing the concentration of pulverized coal in primary air really do good to boiler flame stability. Based on these mechanisms,a new type burner with slitting bluff-body has been developed Compering with the straight-flow burner the the burner with bluff-body, the burner with slitting bluff-body has a better effect to flame stability.
