NaCl(OH~-)色心激光晶体的单晶生长研究
Study on Single Crystal Growth of NaCl(OH ̄-)Color Center Laser Crystal
【摘要】 采用NaCl-NaOH掺杂体系,控制晶体中OH ̄-的含量在10~80ppm,排除K ̄+、Li ̄+等杂质离子的影响,调整适当的生长工艺条件,在Ar气氛中用Czochralski法生长晶体,获得了性质优良的Nacl(OH ̄-)单晶,为NaCl(OH ̄-):(F)_H。色心激光晶体的制备及激光运转奠定了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 The fine NaCl(OH ̄-)single crystals,Chosing NaCl-NaOH doped system,controlling the concentration of OH ̄- in the crystal 10~80ppm,eliminating the influences of impurity ions K ̄+ and Li ̄+ ,were grown by adjusting suitable technolo gical condition of crystal growth and using Czochralski method in Ar atmosphere. Effects of the growth atmosphere,the doped system,the concentration of OH ̄- in the crystal on qualities of single crystals are discussed,and a good foundation for the preparation of NaCl(OH ̄-):(F )_H color center laser crystal and its laser oper- ation were laid.
