Nd3+:La2Be2O5激光晶体的研究
Study of Nd ̄(3+):La2Be2O5 Laser Crystal
【摘要】 掺钕铍酸镧-Nd ̄(3+):La_2Be_2O_5(Hd ̄(3+):BEL)激光晶体为单斜晶系,其荧光谱具有线性偏振特性。本文用提拉法生长了Nd ̄(3+):BEL单晶,并对晶体结构进行了分析,对其光谱特性(吸收、偏振荧光谱,低温谱及荧光寿命等)和激光二极管(LD)泵浦的激光特性进行了研究,并和Nd:YAG晶体进行了比较。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the Nd ̄(3+)La2Be2O5 Crystal was grown by CZ method. The crystal construction ofNd ̄(3+):La2Be2O5 is analysed.The absorption spectra,polarization flu-orescence spectra(77K, 300K )and fluorescent lifetime(τ=135±5μs) of Nd ̄(3+):La2Be2O5 crystal were measured.The crystal is suitable with LD pump based on the analysis of spectroscopic properties and compare with Nd ̄(3+): YAG crystal.
