钛酸钡晶体生长研究
Study on the Growth of BaTiO3 Crystal
【摘要】 本文介绍了采用感应加热顶部籽晶法生长BaTiO_3晶体的工艺技术。根据稳态引上法生长晶体的热平衡原理,设计了合理的生长装置,使得晶体能够在保持加热功率不变的情况下稳定生长,获得了大尺寸(Φ20~25mm×15mm)的BaTiO_3晶体。阐述了感应加热和通常使用的电阻加热法的区别,指出了本方法的优点。对生长出的晶体进行结构测试,居里温度测定和偏振拉曼谱的测量。
【Abstract】 The growth of BaTiO3(BTO)crystals by top-seeding method is presented.Based on the theory of thermal equilibrium on crystal growth by CZ method,a growth arrangement with reasonable thermal field has been set up with induction heating.The crystals are grown under the condition of constant heat power supply.Good optical quality BTO crystals have been obtained 20~25mm in diameter and 1 0~15mm high,and the results of the determination on the crystal structure ,Curie temperature as well as Raman polerized spectrum are presented.
