【摘要】 为了探讨藐小棘隙吸虫对儿童生长发育的影响,本文将76例感染藐小棘隙吸虫的小学生随机分为2组,分别用吡喹酮5mg/kg 和等剂量安慰剂顿服,治后5月进行检查对比。结果吡喹酮和安慰剂5项测量指标中4项差异均无显著意义(P<0.05),故可初步认为藐小棘隙吸虫感染对少年儿童生长发育的影响尚不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation of the impact on development and growth of children due to Echinochamus liliputanus was investigated in Chenqiao village, Hexian county,Anhui province.75 cases of the parasite infection were randomly divided into 2 groups and treated with praziquantel at a single dose of 5mg/kg and placebo at the same dose reapectively.The results showed that 4 of 5 indices of physical measurements after 5 months of treatment in experimental group was nearly as same as those of the control group,there were no significant difference (p>0.05) According to these results,it was considered that Echinochamus liliputanus infection in children hardly impacted their development and growth.更多还原
