【摘要】 本文利用1960—1993年大风的资料，分析春季洪泽湖区大风的气候特征和影响的主要天气系统；运用天气型下找指标、MOS预报等方法，研究建立了春季各月湖区大风的预报工具。并编制具有一定特色的预报业务系统，采用动态调整手段，使预报方程随资料的增加而不断优化。经1994年试报，湖区大风的预报准确率为75％，获得预期的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the climate feature of strong winds and main weather systems in Spring in the area of Hungtzehu lake were analysed based on the data of 1960-1993. Applying weather type indices, MOS and so on, a forecast tool of the strong winds in Spring is formulated, we set up an operational system of forecast with certain features, and adopt the means of dynamic adjustment.
