【摘要】 应用放射性胶体磷酸铬Cr³²-PO₄和地塞米松(简称³²P-D)介入法治疗前列腺增生症32例.按IPSS标准判定疗效,结果表明:经一次介入显效14例（43.75%）,好转10例（31.25%）,较差 8例（25%）,总有效率75%.治疗前后比较IPSS有显著差异（P<0.001）.是一种理想的非手术治疗方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 We treated 32 cases of hyperplasia of the prostate by radiocolloid chromium phosphate and pexamthasone(32P-D)interventional prostate. IPSS stan-dard to judge the curative effect, the results showed; through once inter-ventional therapy,14 cases obtained obvious effect(43.75%), 10 cases got to improvement (31.25%), 8 cases got to worse effect(25%), the total effec-tive rate was 75%,Compared with pre-treatment,IPSS had obvious diffe-rence(P<0.001).It was a good non-operation treatment.更多还原
