【摘要】 回顾性分析了我院１９７５年１月～１９８６年８月间收治的原发于咽淋巴环Ⅰ、Ⅱ期非何杰金淋巴瘤１０５例的治疗效果。男性６９例，女性３６例。年龄５岁～７７岁，全组１，２，５和１０年生存率分别为６４．８％（６８／１０５），４９．５％（５２／１０５），４７．６％（５０／１０５）和４７．６％（３０／６３），影响５年生存率的因素有：照射剂量，临床分期，合并有“Ｂ”症状，放疗结束后病灶消退不完全和辅助卡介苗治疗，而性别、年龄、病变原发生部位、恶性程度和辅助化疗等因素与５年生存无明显关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 From January 1975 to August 1986 ,105 patients with NHL arising from W-Ring weretreated in our hospital.Of them male was 69 csses and female was 36 cases.Their age was ranged from 5-77 years.The overall survival rates for 1,2,5,and 10 years were 64.8%,49.5%,47.6%and 47.6% re-spectively. Factors influercing survival rate were radiation dose ,clinical stage,with B symptoms and residu-al tumor after radiation.The sex,disease location and pathological grade didn′t affect the survival.更多还原
