【摘要】 中小规模点阵图形式液晶模块的重要特点是模块带有液晶显示控制ＬＳＩ，作者对这类液晶模块常用的ＬＳＩ进行分析，重点分析了内有显示数据ＲＡＭ的列驱动器ＨＤ６１２０２和点阵图形式控制器Ｔ６９６３Ｃ。以这两类ＬＳＩ和配套的驱动电路设计制作了ＴＬＭ１２８６４Ｔ（１２８列×６４行象素，控制器Ｔ６９６３Ｃ），ＴＬＭ１２８６４Ｈ（列驱动器ＨＤ６１２０２）和ＴＬＭ２４０６４Ｔ（２４０列×６４行象素，控制器Ｔ６９６３Ｃ）三种类型的点阵图形式液晶模块，经过测试达到了国外同类产品的技术指标。更多还原

This paper describes LCD controller T6963Cand graphic display column driver HD61202 included internal display RAM. Moreover it canfacilitale three dot matrix LCD module configuration in combination with the row(compson)driver TLM12864H,TLM12864T and TLM24064T.
