数字记录仪误差分析的快速方法
Fast method of error analysis for digitizer
【摘要】 为确定数字记录仪的测量误差,提出了一种动态特性校验的快速方法。校验采用正弦波作为输入信号,用相关法和最小二乘法分步求得输出数据的拟合波形,同时准确测定输入信号的幅值。这样,可方便地确定输出数据的分散性和动态刻度系数,从而可全面地分析数字记录仪的随机误差和系统误差。文中给出了数字记录仪的实际校验结果,并讨论了测量误差的变化规律。
【Abstract】 n order to determine errors in measurement by digitizer, a fast method ofdynamic performance test is presented. In the test, sine wave signal is taken as the input,the fitted waveform of output data is obtained by means of the correlative method and theleast square method respectively, and in the meantime the amplitude of input signal ismeasured accurately. Thus, the dispersity of output data and the dynamic scale factor can beeasily determined, and then random and systematic errors of digitizers can be all--sidedlyanalyzed. The results of practical tests for a digitizer are given, and the variation patterns oferrors in measurement are discussed.
