【摘要】 本文介绍,用密钙息治疗脑血管病并糖尿病,及大量激素引起骨质疏松症20例,其中男7例,女13例。年龄55～76岁,平均65±5.5岁,采用 SADOZ 生产的密钙息(喷鼻制剂),行短期速效疗法。每鼻孔喷50IU,每天2次200IU,连用4～8周为一疗程。并选同样病例,投给 VitA、VitD2丸,每日2次,为对照组。疗程结束后,用所制定的评估标准行疗效评定。治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组20%,统计学处理,P<0.01,有显著意义,说明密钙息治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 20 patients who have bad eerebrovascular disease,diabetes and the Osteoporo sis being caused by high-dose hormone,were treated with Miacalcie.The age range in the 7 males and 13 females was from 55 to 76 years of age(averaged 65±5.5 yesrs of age).The short-term treatment was adopted by the Miacalcie(spray nose preparation)which being pro- duced by SADOZ and its results was quick.In a course of treatment, 200 IU twice daily by spraying to every nostril 50 IU was on four to eight successive weeks.The control group was chose to give the two VitA.D pills twice daily.After the course of treatment,the curative,ef- fect which was evaluated by the formuiated standard indicated that the total incidence rate in the treated group was 85% and in the control group was 20%.The difference was statist ical ly significant(P<0.01),indicating that Miaealcie had a marked effect on the diabetic Osteo- porosis.更多还原
