褐藻酸钠降解工艺的研究
STUDIES ON DEGRADATION TECHNOLOGY OF SODIUM ALGINATE
【摘要】 初步研究褐藻酸钠在盐酸乙醇溶液中的部分降解过程。实验研究水浴温度,乙醇浓度,盐酸浓度和降解时间对褐藻酸钠降解的影响。指出:在其它条件相同的情况下,水浴温度、盐酸浓度和水解时间呈正相关,乙醇具有促进盐酸降解褐藻酸钠的作用,并表明乙醇浓度与降解速度呈负相关,指出适宜的乙醇用量为5%~10%,同时还得到了制备不同粘度褐藻酸钠的适宜条件。
【Abstract】 The present paper reports the hydrolytic process of sodium alginate by hydrochloric acid and ethanol solution.The experimental studies were conducted onthe effects of temperature,time,hydrochloric acid concentration and ethanol concentration on the degradation.The result indicates that temperature,time and hydrochloric acid concentration are correlated significantly with the hydrolytic degree.Ethanol has an accelerative role on the degradation of sodium alginate in hydrochloric acid and the lower the concenration is,the higher the hydrolytic degree is.Thesuitable ethanol concentration is 5% to 10%.Also,the authors have found the rational conditions to obtain sodium alginate of different viscosities.
