金银花、山银花中绿原酸的反相薄层分析方法研究
DETERMINATION OF CHLOROGENIC ACID IN HONEYSUCKLE FLOWER AND WILD HONEYSUCKLE FLOWER BY RPTLC
【摘要】 本文建立了用反相薄层色谱法测定金银花、山银花中绿原酸含量的方法.用键合反相C18薄层板,以甲醇/水/甲酸(45/55/1)为展开剂,展开后用薄层扫描仪于波长335nm 进行扫描,两点法定量,方法的回收率为96.8%—102.3%,相对标准偏差为0.26%—3.0%.
【Abstract】 A novel method for determination of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle flower and wild honeysuckle flower by RPTLC was developed,using a C18bonded silica gel plate and methanol/water/formic acid(45/55/1)solvent system.Densitometric scanning was carried out at 335 nm.The method was high speed and precise.The mean recoveries of the method was 96.8%-102.3%.The relative standard variation of the assay was 0.26 -3.0%(n=4).
