【Abstract】 The main cause of too small flanged hole end diameter on parts of the Audi car has been found by analysis to be thinning of blank material and rebound. In order to solve the problem,proless as ironing may be increased for thicker blank and bigger ontside diameter flanged hole. while for thick blank and smaller ontside diameter flanged hole,method of increasing diame ter of punch and reduce clearance between punch and die of the hole may be employed.更多还原
