发动机综合测试系统的研制

【摘要】 为满足发动机出厂前综合测试的需要,研制了一套发动机综合测试系统。介绍了这套以单片机为核心的发动机综合测试系统的构成、工作原理、硬件和软件设计特点。实践证明,该系统的应用,既提高了测试精度和效率,又强化了生产和质量管理,从根本上保证了出厂发动机的检测质量。

【Abstract】 A comprehensive engine testing system has been researched and developed in oredr to meet the requirement of comprehensive testing of engine after manufacturing. Construction,working principle,hardwore and design feature of software of the comprehensive testing system with a single chipprocessor as its core is presented in this article. The above practice shows that the application of the system not only enhances precision and efficiency of testing, but also strengthens management of production and quality control. Hence superfor results of inspection and testing are insured fundamentally for engines manufactured.
