【Abstract】 This paper studies the features of rolling -expanding deformation of driven gear forgings for differentials of EQ140 truck and the principal problems in designing of rolling-expanding stocks, then describes the principle and calculation in designing of the stocks by means of an optimum seeking method. The applioation of the optimum seeking method in guiding the trial rolling-expanding process of diven gear stocks for differentials of EQ140 truck is able to greatly reduce the number of trial tests.更多还原
