优选法在汽车齿轮辗扩工艺试验中的应用
Application of Optimum Seeking Method in the Trial Rolling-Expanding Process of Automotive Gears
【摘要】 分析了EQ140型汽车差速器从动齿轮锻件辗扩变形特点和辗扩用毛坯设计中的主要问题,阐明了辗扩用毛坯优选法设计的原理和计算过程。应用优选法指导EQ140型汽车差速器从动齿轮辗扩工艺试验,可使试验次被大为减少。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the features of rolling -expanding deformation of driven gear forgings for differentials of EQ140 truck and the principal problems in designing of rolling-expanding stocks, then describes the principle and calculation in designing of the stocks by means of an optimum seeking method. The applioation of the optimum seeking method in guiding the trial rolling-expanding process of diven gear stocks for differentials of EQ140 truck is able to greatly reduce the number of trial tests.
