电动谐振式曲轴扭转疲劳试验装置的研制
Development of an Electrical Resonant Torsional Fatigue Test Machine for Crankshaft
【摘要】 本文介绍了东风汽车公司研制的电动谐振式曲轴扭转疲劳试验装置的工作原理、扭振系统的设计计算和台架的载荷标定方法,并列举了应用实例。实用表明:同已有的试验装置相比,该装置具有载荷精确稳定、试验效率高、自动化程度高及能耗低等优点,是一种较为理想的新型曲轴扭转疲劳试验装置。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the operating principle, method of design and loading calibration of an electrical resonant torsional fatigue test machine for crankshaft newly developed by Dong Feng Motor Corporation. An application example is also given. Practice shows that the machine is has higher efficiency, better loading accuracy and stability, higher level of automation and lower energy consumption in comparison with other existing ones.
