高精度流量传感器设计探讨
An Investigation to the Design of High-precision Flow Seneor
【摘要】 介绍了一种高精度流量传感器结构，从理论上对其进行了分析、讨论并建立了这种传感器结构与流量的关系，从而确定了传感器输出的脉冲信号与流量的关系。
【Abstract】 Abstract The construction of nigh- precision flow sensor is introduced and analysed in the paper. the relationshipbetwcen flow capaclty and construction of the senson.is discussed and set up, thus the relationship betwees flow capacity and im-pulse signal of the aensor is determined.
