【摘要】 分析了作为我国农村主要动力的１９５型柴油机（涡流室式，缸径×冲程＝９５ｍｍ×１１５ｍｍ）直喷化改造过程中应用浅Ｗ型燃烧系统的研究结果，并以多因素正交试验法寻求出油、气、室三要素的优化匹配方案，从而为同类型的小缸径柴油机直喷化改造奠定了基础。该研究目前已达到２３１ｇ／ｋＷ·ｈ的国家节能级产品要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thispaper presents the application of shallow W type combusdon chamber on SD195diesel engine(swirl chamber,bore ×stroke=95mm×115mm),which is widely used in coun-tryside. The optimum matching factors of fuel,air,combustion chamber are experimentedwith multi-factor orthogonal test method.This study has gained the experience of direct in-jection improvement for small bore diesel engine and accorded with the national energy-savestandard 231 g/kW·h.更多还原
