夏玉米直接脱粒收获技术的试验研究

【摘要】 以室内试验为基础,结合三年来的生产性试验,研究了夏玉米成熟期籽粒的脱水规律和脱粒质量与籽粒含水率、脱粒参数之间的关系。结果表明直接脱粒收获的适宜条件是:玉米籽粒含水率<30%,脱粒速度13.0~14.5 m·s-1(400~450 r·min-1)。北京地区10月上旬夏玉米籽粒含水率能够降到30%左右。因此只要措施得当,可以实现夏玉米田间直接脱粒收获。

【Abstract】 According to the test in the laboratory and field experiments for three years,this paper de- scribed the variation of moisture content of summer corn at maturity and analysed the relationships of the kernel damage rate with the kernel moisture content,the cylinder peripheral speed and the cylinder-con- cave clearance.The field experimental results showed that summer corn could be combined only when ker- nel moisture content is about 30 percent or lower,and the optimum cylinder speeds range from 13.0 to 14. m·s~1 and the exit cylinder-concave clearance is 9~11 mm.In Beijing,based on the study,the summer corn kernel moisture content can drop below 30 percent in the beginning of October,therefore the combine harvesting with picking up and threshing for summer corn is possible.
