【摘要】 在建立鸡卵泡颗粒细胞无血清单层贴壁培养模型的基础上,用鸡促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH-Ⅱ)单独处理,或同时加入 GnRH 拮抗物(GA)或与羊 LH(oLH)协同处理,继续培养48 h 之后,用胰蛋白酶分别消化成单个细胞然后计数。获得结果是:GnRH-Ⅱ能刺激颗粒细胞增殖,同时加入 GA 能阻断 GnRH-Ⅱ的效果;单独加入 oLH 处理能刺激细胞增殖,在加入GnRH-Ⅱ,同时再加入 oLH 处理,其细胞增殖数明显低于单独用 oLH 处理的细胞增殖数目。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum-free culture model of granulosa cells from chicken follicles was established to evalu- ate the action of chicken gonadotropin repeasing hormone(GnRH-Ⅱ)on cell proliferation.After culturing for 20 h,granulosa cells of the F3 or F5 treated by GnRH-Ⅱ;oLH or GnRH-antaganist(GA)were cul- tured for 48 h,then counted the number of the cells after dissociation with trypsin.The result indicated that GnRH-Ⅱ was capable of stimulating the granulosa cells proliferation and the action of GnRH-Ⅱ was blocked by GA,and it also showed effect upon oLH-stimulated proliferation of granulosa cells.But it showed the proliferation numbers of granulosa cells decreased with GnRH-Ⅱ and oLH treatment.更多还原
