北京地区稻田固氮蓝藻的研究:Ⅳ.多效唑(MET)对固氮蓝藻的影响
Studies on N2-Fixing Algae in the Rice Field in Beijing Area:Ⅳ.Effects of MET Treatment on N2-Fixing Blue-Green Algae
【摘要】 植物生长调节剂(MET)能影响蓝藻的生长、固氮活性和区系的组成。166.7×10-6的 MET 能提高固氮活性24.9%;高浓度(≥1000×10-6)的 MET 抑制蓝藻生长、但未见发生致死效应;MET 对蓝藻群落组成有影响,有利于鱼腥藻而不利于念珠藻,影响大小随生态环境因子的不同而改变。
【Abstract】 MET have significant effect on the growing process,N2-fixation activity and evolution cha- racteristic of N2-fixing blue-green algae in paddy field in Beijing area.It was observed in the experiment, 166.7×10-6MET could increase 24.9% of N2-fixation activity;High concentration of MET(≥1000× 10-6)could inhibit the growth of N2-fixing algae,but couldn’t cause its death;effects of MET on the evo- lution of the N2-fixing algae were advantageous to Anabaena(BA01),but not to Nostoc(BA03),its influ- ence would be changed when the ecological environment changes.
