北京地区稻田固氮蓝藻的研究 Ⅲ.应用15N2还原法测定蓝藻固氮的贡献
Studies on the Nitrogen Fixation of Algae in Beijing Rice Field:Ⅲ.The Use of the Isotopic 15N Trace Assay Estimated Blue-Green Algae Nitrogen Fixing Contribution
【摘要】 在盆栽试验中,用15N2还原法测定稻株总氮,其中1.09%来自接种的固氮蓝藻。蓝藻当季固定的氮素只有11.93%被利用。接种蓝藻增加稻田的氮量为16.3kg·hm-2。实验室条件下按固氮量推算,自然水稻田土壤生物固氮量为14.2kg·hm-2,植株总氮的16.8%来自生物固氮;接种蓝藻的稻田土生物固氮量为31.2kg·hm-2,比自然稻田多固氮17kg·hm-2,植株总氮的25.8%来自生物固氮。测定北京稻田土固氮酶还原 C2H2与 N2的转换比在2.71~3.71:1之间。
【Abstract】 The paper applied the method of C2H2/N2 reduction and th acetylene reduction.The result in pot experiment showed 1.09% of the total nitrogen content in rice plant was from nitrogen-fixation of algaeinoculated.The utilization ratio of the nitrogen fixed by algae per crop was only 11.93%.The capacity of N2-fixing in rice field raised about 16.3 kg’hm-2,Due to the algae inoculation;In bottle exper- iment,It that the amount of nitrogen fxed by microorganisms in the rice field of Beijing was estimated as 14.2kg·hm-2per crop,and about 16.8% of tolal nitrogen content in rice-plant was from the biological ni- trogen fixation.By inockulated bluegreen algae,the nitrogen-fixed amount was up to 31.2kg.hm-2per year,and about 25.8% of total nitrogen content in rice plant was from the hiologial nitrogen fixation.The conversion ratio of C2H2/N2 reducing was 2.71~3.73:1 for the N2-fixing organisms of flooded rice field in Beijing.
