【摘要】 提要分析了１４例病理证实的颅咽管瘤ＣＴ表现。肿瘤位于鞍上者５例，跨鞍上与鞍内者９例。囊性者１１例呈边界清楚的低密度占位，环形、半环形强化或不强化，常伴有团状或蛋壳样钙化。实性３例呈不规则形或弥漫增大形，混合密度或高密度，不均匀／岛状强化。并讨论了颅咽管瘤的起源与发生、临床表现及预后、ＣＴ表现的病理基础以及鞍区肿瘤的鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 CT features of 14 pathologi- cally proved cases of craniopharyngioma were analyzed.Five were suprasellar in lo- cation , and 9 ,intrasellar- suprasellar.11 cases of cystic type were well marginated and hypodense with rim-like or semi-rim enhancement(or even no enhancement ),and、usually with massive or shelllike cal- cifications,solid lesions( 3 cases )showed irregular or extensive in contour,hyper- dense or of mixeddensity,heterogeneously enhanced(or showing islet-like enhance- ment within the solid component). origin,pathogenesis ,clinicall manifestations. pathological basis of CT signs and progno- sis of the disease as well as differential di- agnosis of lesions of the sellar region were discussed.更多还原
