改善低散热发动机燃烧过程的措施
Improvements of Combustion Process in Low-Heat-Rejection Engines
【摘要】 本文介绍了作者根据近年来通过大量实验研究所得出的对低散热发动机燃烧过程的认识,提出了改善低散热发动机燃烧过程的一系列措施:燃用低十六烷值燃料;采用小孔径、多孔数喷嘴;对喷油器进行必要的冷却或隔热;采用油束碰撞平台等。在定容装置上进行的实验证明了上述多种措施的有效性,为改善低散热发动机燃烧系统提供了必要的依据。
【Abstract】 This paper presents several measures of improving the combustion process in low heat rejection engines based on previous researches and the understanding of combustion process at high temperature.Such methods as using fules with low cetane number,applying nozzles with small orifice in diameter, insulating or cooling injector,and employing impinging plate was experimentedand analyzed in a constant volume bomb with high speed photography. These measures haveproved effective in experiments and provided the basis for setting up the combustion system that issuitable for low heat rejection engines.
