用LDV研究柴油机不同燃烧室对缸内湍流场的影响
Investigation on Effects of Different Piston-Bowl Structures on In-Cylinder Turbulent Flow Field of Diesel Engine by LDV
【摘要】 本文对两种不同形状的燃烧室,采用激光多普勒测速技术(LDV),在一个测量平面内,测量了轴向和切向的瞬时速度随曲轴转角的变化规律,并采用相平均法,计算了两个方向的平均速度和湍流度。根据测量结果,分析了两种燃烧室结构情形下,气缸内气流运动的规律,并比较了二者的异同,从而阐述了两种燃烧室对油气混合、燃烧、污染物生成影响的不同规律,为燃烧室的合理设计、提高柴油机性能,提供了有力的依据。
【Abstract】 y applying LDV technique, both axial and tangential transient velocities within the planebelow cylinder head with two different piston bowl shape, which vary with the crankangle,aremeasured.Based on them, the mean velocities and turbulence intensities along these directions arecalculated using assemble-averaged method.With the measurement results obtained,analysis andcomparison on the characteristics of air motion in the two types of combustion chambers are presented as well. Thus, different influences of the two types of piston-bowl structures on mixing,combustion and pollution formation are discussed,and these lay a fundation to the reasonable design of chamber structure and the improvement of diesel Performance.
