【摘要】 本文对不典型慢性肺脓肿误诊误治进行分析。我院自１９８６年至１９９４年共误诊误治肺脓肿９例，占同期手术治疗肺脓肿的７５％（９／１２）。对年龄超过４０岁，咳嗽、咯血、肺部包块的患者、除肺癌、肺结核等诊断外，应考虑慢性肺脓肿的诊断。更多还原

It was confirmed in pathological and operation that they were misdiagnosis andmistreatment.The chromic pulmonary abscess,as well as cancer of lung and fuber culosisof lung,should be concerned on the diagnosis to over 40 years old paitnts with coughchest pain hemoptysis and lung shadow.更多还原
