【摘要】 报道结肠癌并肠梗阻５５例，占同期结肠癌的５３．４％。右侧结肠占８３．３％，与国内外文献均不一致。Ｃ、Ｄ期占７４．５％。急症手术２７例，一期切除率４８．１％，一期切除组手术死亡率及吻合口瘘发生率均为７．７％。作者认为对结肠癌并肠梗阻急症手术者只要病人情况允许，病灶尚能切除者应以一期切除为首选。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty five cases of colon cancer with obstruction were reported in this paper,and theywere 53.3% of the colon cancer of the corresponding period.In this series,83.3% of the le-sion located at the right side of the colon and that was different from national and interna-tional literatures.Accorrding to the stage,74.5%of them belonged to Dukes C or D stage,and 27 cases were given emergency surgery, while 48.1% of their tumor were primarily re-moved.The mortality and anastomatic leak were 7.7%respectively in those given primaryresection.Authors suggest that a primary resection of the tumor should be tried for the pa-tients with obstructive colon cancer during the emergency operation if the lesion can be re-move更多还原
