【Abstract】 The paper analysised the clinical data in 131 cases of cerebral atherosclevosis. The re-sult discovered that the early clinical symptoms of this disease mainly showed neurasthenia’s syndromes and mental disorders. The cases of 30 percent diagnosed neurasthenia or psy-chosis.
