香菇多糖提取工艺条件和测定方法的研究
Studies on the Condition of Extracting Technology and the Method of Determining the Lentinus Polysaccharides
【摘要】 试验结果表明,香菇子实体和菌丝体多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:热水浸提3次,每次0.5h,加水40倍,用75%的酒精醇析。菌丝体中多糖的提取率较子实体中的高0.47%。香菇多糖的测定方法以苯酚-硫酸法为好。
【Abstract】 Based on the orthogonal design of L9(3 ̄4),the experiment of extractingtechnology of the Lentinus polysaccharides of fruitbody and mycelium was conducted asfollovvs:extracting 3 times in hot water,lasting for half an hour for each time,adding 40times more water, separating lentinus polysaccharides with the alcoholic density of 75percent.The polysaccharides of mycelium is much purer and more than that of fruitbody.The best way to determine the lentinus poly saccharides is to use phenol-sulfuric acidreagent.
