光肩星天牛发育起点温度和有效积温的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了光肩星天牛的卵、1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、蛹在实验室条件下的发育起点温度(C)和有效积温(K)。卵:C=10.2±0.92℃,K=250.3±15.2日度;1龄幼虫:C=11.7±0.93℃,K=157.8±10.5日度;2龄幼虫:C=11.4±0.84℃,K=232.0±3.4日度;蛹:C=13.9±2.0℃,K=182.6±11.4日度。以此对呼和浩特地区的光肩星天牛成虫羽化盛期和幼虫钻蛀期进行了预测,为防治适期提供了依据。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the minimum temperatures requirement fordevelopment and effective accumulated temperatures(K)of eggs,first instar larvae,second instar larvae and pupae of Anoplophore glabripennis under laboratory conditions. The results were as following: eggs, c= 10.2±0. 92℃,K= 250.3±15. DD;firstinstar larvae,C=11.7±0.93℃,K=157. 8±10. 5DD;second instar larvae C=11.4±0. 84℃,K=232.0±3.4DD;pupae,C=13.9±2.0℃ K=182.6±11.4DD. Thedominant adult emergence period and larva boring period of A. glabripennis in Huhhotarea were forecasted to provide the basis for the suitable control period.
