饲用玉米抗旱性生育状况指标的研究

【摘要】 研究结果表明:饲用玉米苗期反复干旱后的存活率,水分胁迫下幼苗干物重、叶面积和干物质积累速率的伤害率与基因型的抗旱性关系密切,是可选用的重要抗旱鉴定指标;株高伤害率和根/苗敏感指数与基因型的抗旱性相关较密切,可作为参考鉴定指标。在苗期用室内鉴定法对饲用玉米的进行抗旱性进行筛选是可行的。

【Abstract】 The results showed that:for forage corn, the seedling’s survival rateafter repeated drying and the injury rates of dry matter weight,leaf area and dry matteraccumulation rate of the seedlings under water stress conditions were closely related tothe drought一resistant properties of the genotypes thus may be used as effectiveindexes fo drought一resistance appraisal;and the injury rate of plant height and thesensitivity index of root一shoot ratio had comparatively close relationship with thedrought一resistant properties of the genotypes,thus may be used as the referenceappraisal indexes. The drought一 resistance screening y the methods of laboratory inthe seedling stage was feasible for forage corn.
