【摘要】 本实验采用电导法对早熟甘兰不同苗龄的幼苗抗冻性进行了研究，结果表明：子苗、四叶龄苗、成龄苗的抗冻性是有差异的，其抗冻性的强弱表现是：四叶龄苗＞成龄苗＞子苗；四叶龄的甘兰幼苗经１ｈ的冷冻，其致死温度为－７．８℃；同时确定了不同苗龄的甘兰幼苗受冻致死的温度范围和持续时间。对早熟甘兰在育苗期和早春定植于露地后的预防霜冻具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was conducted by the electrical conductivity methods to test the cold tolerante ability at various seedling stages of early mature cabbage variety.The reusults indicated that the cold tolderante ability was quite different with the seedling size.The sddelings with 4ture leaves had the highest tolerance to the cold tempera-ture,followed by seedlings at 6-7 ture leaves and cotyleton stages.The temperature of killing point for the seedling with 4 true liaves was -7.8℃,and the lasting period was one hour.Based on the temperature range of killing point and its lasting time,it is important to protect the seedling form the chilly and frost injury during the course of raising seedling and transplanting in early spring.更多还原
