【Abstract】 Abstract In this paper,the problems presented in the intellectual properties ofhigher agricultural institutions have been analyzed,and the solutions for themhave also beed put forth and discussed. In cider to raise the teaching and research’slevel of the institutions,the authors think that we must: (1)intensify the knowledgeof intellectual properties among the teachers and the students ; (2)make gab useof the patent right to improve the teaching and the research ; (3)take advantageof the patent power to gurantee the transformation of the achievements of scienceand technology into productive forces.更多还原
