【摘要】 应用紫七软肝合剂治疗慢性活动性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化；１２０例，并与齐墩果酸片合西利宾胺片治疗８８例作对比，治疗组临床基本治愈１８例（１５％）、显效３９例（３２．５％）、好转４７例（３９．１７％）、无效１６例（１３．３３％），总有效率为８６．６７％；两组疗效相比，Ｐ＜０．０５，有显著性差异。结果表明紫七软肝合剂具有较好的抗肝损伤以及抗乙型肝炎病毒复制的作用。更多还原
