【摘要】 对１８例安置埋藏式ＶＶＩ起搏器后窦性心率持续快于起搏频率的病态窦房结综合征患者施行ＡＴＰ静注试验２５例次，均揭示起搏心电图，显示起搏按需功能良好，结果提示，ＡＴＰ静注试验适用于这类患者所安置非程控埋藏式ＶＶＩ起搏器的起搏按需功能测试，其方法简便易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 tests of intravenous adenosine triphosphate(ATP) were perfomed on 18 patients with sick sinus syndrome showing sinus rate faster than pacing rate after implanting permanent VVI pacemaker. A pacing electrocardiogram, which showed that pacing and sensing functions were good, was unmasked by intravenous ATP in all these patients. The result suggests that intravenous ATP test is simple and suitable for determination of the pacing and sensing functions of nonprogramable implanted VVI pacemaker in these patients.更多还原
