对溴氰菊酯敏感和抗性淡色库蚊酯酶在发育中的变化

【摘要】 对溴氰菊酯敏感和抗性淡色库蚊幼虫、蛹和成虫酯酶IEF图谱表明:幼虫pI5.53和5.62带,蛹pI5.62带,成虫PI5.62带和6.34带较敏感品系相应酶带明显为深和/或宽,提示以上增强酶带可能与抗性有关.其中pI5.62带在幼虫、蛹和成虫期活性均明显增高,推测该酶带可能是整个生活史主要抗性相关酯酶.PI5.53和PI6.34带则分别为幼虫和成虫期特异性抗性相关酯酶.本抗性品系的抗性水平可能存在幼虫>成虫(或成虫>幼虫)>蛹的动态变化.

【Abstract】 The IEF diagrams of esterases in the larvae, pupae and adults of deltamethrin-sensitive and -resistant Culex pipiens pallens reveal: pI5. 53 and 5. 62 bands in larvae, pI 5- 62 band in pupae, pI 5- 62 and 6.34 bands in adults of the resistant strain are deeper and/or wider than those of the susceptible strain,suggesting that the stronger bands are relevant to the resistance. Activities of pI 5. 62 band during larvae,pupae and adults all increased, and pI 5. 53 band and pI 6. 34 band are in larvae and adult stage respectively, sug gesting that the resistant strength of the resistant strain varies possibly in larva>adult(or adult>larva)>pupa.
