【摘要】 对１６４例系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者心脏受损情况进行回顾分析，发现有心脏损害者占６１％（１００／１６４）。心电图（ＥＣＧ）异常者占５９．６％（９０／１５１），其中以ＳＴ－Ｔ异常较为多见；二维超声心动图（２ＤＥ）异常者占６０％（３６／６０），以心包炎最多见，其次为二尖瓣受损；有临床体征者仅占１４％（２３／１６４）。提出对ＳｌＥ患者常规作ＥＣＧ、２ＤＥ等联合检查，有助于提高心脏病变的诊断率，对临床治疗和改善预后有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 he cardiac involvement in 164 patients with SLE is analysed retrospectively. Cardiac involvement was found in 61%(100/164)cases. The abnormality of ECG and ZDE was found in59. 6% and 60% cases, respectively. The commonest manifestation included abnormal ST-T andpericarditis. The clinical syniptoms occurred in 14% of our patients. It was emphasized that con-current examination of ECG and 2DE was of help for improving the diagnosis of cardiac involve-ment .更多还原
