三角帆蚌消化系统的组织学研究及其胃肠在饥饿状态下的变化

【摘要】 三角帆蚌消化系统由消化腺──肝脏和消化道──口、食道、胃、肠组成.肝脏为分枝的复管腺,腺细胞呈现出两种细胞形态,一种为消化细胞,另一种为未成熟细胞.消化道由粘膜层、粘膜下层和外膜构成,无肌层.粘膜上皮均为单层柱状上皮,游离面具纤毛和微绒毛.不同部位的粘膜上皮和粘膜下层略有区别.消化道上皮自我更新能力强,新生的上皮细胞有着特殊的固着方式.饥饿状态下的胃肠粘膜下层出现大量脂质团块,是一种能量代偿作用产物.

【Abstract】 The digestive system of Hyroipsis Cumingii consists of digestive gland (Liver)and digestive tract being composed of oral area, esophagus, stomach and intestine. The liver is a compound tubular gland having two kind of cells, one is digestive cell, the other is immatured cell. The digestive tract is made of three layers:tunica mucosa, tela submucosa and tunica sersa. It has no muscular layer. The cells in the tunica mucosa are all simple columnar epithelium with cilia and microvilli. There are some differences in the tunica mucosa and tela submucosa in the different area of digestive tract. The cells in the tract have intense ability of self-renovation. The newborn cells have special fixing pattern in tela submucosa. In the hungery condition, many large lipid granule are assembled in the submucosa of gastrointestinal tract, which is a kind of energy metabolism.
