牛红细胞铜锌超氧物歧化酶的化学修饰与性质
Chemical Modification of Cu·Zn-SOD and Some Properties from Bovine Erythrocytes
【摘要】 用戎二醛交联法对半红细胞Cu·Zn-SOD进行化学修饰,得到了热稳定性高、耐酸碱性优越,抗蛋白酶酶解能力强的修饰酶.该酶分子量约为86000,在紫外区最大吸收值为269um,它的荧光激发光谱和荧光发射光谱强度均大于天然酶.
【Abstract】 The conjugate of BSA -Cu·Zn- SOD is prepared by using glutaraldehyde.The modified enzyme shows higher resistance to proteolytic enzyme degradation, enhanced heat and pH stability. its M. W. is about 86 000 and exhibited a unique UV-Spectrum with a maximun at 269nm, the strength of its emission and excitation in the fluorescent spectrum is more than the nature enzyme.
