【摘要】 磷肽与钙离子结合成可溶性的磷肽钙，是最易为人体吸收的磷钙营养素．又是无毒有效的龋齿防治剂．本文用固定化胰蛋白酶在ｐＨ８．０的硼酸缓冲液中，４０℃条件下水解酪蛋白，经ＳＤＳ聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及葡聚糖Ｇ—１５０凝胶层析分析，其最适水解时间为１０ｈ．用硫氨络铁凝胶珠在ｐＨ４．０醋酸缓冲液含０．５ｍｏｌ／ＬＫ２ＳＯ４条件下亲和吸附磷肽，用ｐＨ７．６Ｔｒｉｓ—ＨＣｌ缓冲液洗脱，磷肽的吸附量为１．７ｍｇ／ｍＬ湿珠．每克磷肽含磷量为５５．５ｍｇ．每克酪蛋白的含磷量为６．９ｍｇ．磷肽的含磷量是酪蛋白的８倍．更多还原

【Abstract】 As a good nutrition source,calcium salts of phosphopeptides are soluble and easy to be absorbed by intestine.It is innoxious and effective in prevention from and cure the dental canes.In this paper,the optimum conditions for casein hydrolysis by immobiliazed trypsin and the extraction of phosphopeptides form hydrolysate by thio-amine Fe3+ gel beads affinity adsorption have been studied.The most suitable time for casein hydrolysis is 10 h. at pH8. 0, 40℃.The amount of adsorbed phosphopeptides is 1.7 mg/cm3 wet beads.The content of phosphate is 55. 5 mg per gram phosphopetides and 6.9mg per gram casein sample.So it is 8 times up in phosphopeptides, compared with that in casein sample.更多还原
