除草剂苄嘧磺隆在土壤中吸附与解吸附特性
STUDY ON THE ADSORPTION AND DESORPTION OF  ̄(14)C-BENSULFURON -METHYL IN SOIL
【摘要】 应用平衡法测定了4种浓度14C-苄嘧磺隆溶液在10种土壤中的吸附与解吸性能。结果表明:土壤对苄嘧磺隆有很强的吸附性,且随供试土壤理化性质的差异其吸附性呈现明显变化,其中安徽红壤和江西红壤性水稻土吸附率为73.24%和50.95%;江苏黄潮土B和A吸咐率分别为10.74%和21.12%。根据Fruendlich方程计算:10种土壤的吸附方程均呈良好线性关系;经计算机进行多元线性回归分析,吸附率与土壤理化性质呈显著相关,其中pH值与吸附率呈极显著负相关。吸附于土壤的苄嘧磺隆经水作用可被解吸,解吸率与其吸附率呈负相关.苄嘧磺隆在土壤中的强吸附性表明它在土壤中移动性小而难以淋脱。
【Abstract】 This paper attempts to clarify the adsorption and desorption of14C-bensulfuron-methyl in 10 types of soil through the batch equilibrium method. It is proved that they have strong adsorption of bensulfuron-methyl,which, however, varies with the different properties of the soil tested,Adsorption rates of red earth in Anhui Province and paddysoil (infant red earth) in Jiangxi Province are 73. 24% and 50. 95% respectively; for yellow fiuvio-aquicsoil B and A in Jiangsu they are 10. 74% and 21. 12% respectively. According to Fruendlich isotherm equation, the 10 kinds of soil show linear relation; Multivariate linear regression analysis of the soil shows significant regression and pH shows the most significant.Bensulfuron-methyl adsorpted by soil can be desorpted into water. The relationship between the absorption and desorption is negative linear regression. The strong adsorption of bensulfuronmethyl in soil proves that it has a lower migration and worse leaching.
