中国水牛血红蛋白多态性及命名研究
A STUDY ON HEMOGLOBIN POLYMORPHISM OF CHINESE BUFFALOES AND GENOTYPES RENEWED
【摘要】 采用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法首次系统分析了中国12个水牛地方类群1071头水牛的血红蛋白多态性。结果表明,中国水牛血红蛋白(Hb)受Hb ̄A、Hb ̄B、Hb ̄C3个等位基因控制,其频率分别为0.0761,0.8852和0.0387,Hb ̄C基因系首次命名。聚类分析表明,中国水牛各地方类群间亲缘关系较近。
【Abstract】 blood samples from 12 buffalo native groups in China were used to measure hemoglobin polymorphism by acetate film electrophoreses.Six phenotypes controlled by three co-dominant alleles (HbA, HbB, HbC) wereidentified. The frequencies of HbA, HbB and HbC are 0. 076 1, 0. 885 2 and 0. 038 7 respectively. Gene HbC was renewed. The cluster analysis indicated that the native groups enjoyed rather close relations.
