小麦纹枯病生防菌株B3产生抗菌物质条件的研究

【摘要】 枯草芽孢杆菌B3(Bacillussubtilis)在NB,K'B,LB,YT,M9和SG等6种培养液中产生抗菌物质的量有显著差别,以在NB中产量最大。以NB作培养基时,B3在pH5~9、温度为20~40℃范围内均可产生抗菌物质,而又以pH7.0和30℃最适。定期取样测定表明,B3在培养12~48h内产生抗菌物质逐渐增多。不同碳氮源测试结果表明,以终浓度为0.1%的葡萄糖、0.2%的甘露醇或0.2%的可溶性淀粉作碳源,0.1%的硫酸铵、氯化铵、硝酸铵或半胱氨酸作氮源有利于B3抗菌物质产生。

【Abstract】 There is a significant variation in quantity of antagonistic substances (AS) produced by B3(B. subtilis),according to media used (NB, K’B, LB, YT, M9 and SG), with the maximum in NB medium. In NB medium with pH5. 0-9. 0, B3 can produce AS at 20-40℃, while pH7. 0 and 30℃ are the best conditions. Antagonistic activity of B3 cell-free culture filtrates obtained from 12 h to 48 h is gradually increased. Out of 9 kinds of carbon and 6 nitrogen sources, glucose(0. 1 % ), mannitol (0. 2 % ) or soluble starch (0. 2 % ) as sole carbon source, (NH4 )2SO4 (0. 1 % ),NH4Cl (0. 1 % ), NH4NO3 (0. 1 % ) or cysteine (0. 1 % ) as sole nitrogen sources are suitable for production of B3 AS.
