Ni-P纳米合金的力学性能和断口
The Mechanical Properties and Facture of Ni-P Nanocrystalline Alloy
【摘要】 用X射线衍射,拉伸试验,扫描电镜等方法研究了用真空单辊旋淬法制备的快速凝固Ni80P20非晶条带及其晶化处理后的纳米晶体的力学性能和拉伸断口形貌。结果表明,非晶态Ni80P20和纳米晶Ni80P20都具有很好的力学性能,其拉伸断裂强度分别为1170MPa和1270MPa,且弯折180°不断。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties and photographys of facture surfaces for amorphous Ni-P alloy and nanocrystalline Ni-P alloy was investigated by means of X-ray diffra-cion,tensile test and SEM, The ribbon of amorphous of Ni80P20,prepared by single rollermelt spinning technique under vaccum,to form nanocrystalline alloys.The amorphous Ni-Palloy and nanocrystalline alloy have good mechanical properties。The tensile fracturestrength is 1170 MPa and 1270 MPa respectively。Alloy can be bent 180 degrees withoutfracturing。
