弯曲振动对塔机塔身结构应力的影响
The Effect of Flexural Vibration on the Stresses of Tower Crane’s Mast Structure
【摘要】 通过对塔身的受力分析及简化力学模型,用弯曲振动理论对塔身振型作了分析;从而揭示了塔式起重机工作时,外部动载荷引起塔身结构中部动应力值比塔身结构根部应力值大的现象。为今后塔机结构计算和应力测试提供依据。
【Abstract】 n this paper, the force condition of the tower crane’s mast structure are presented and set up a simplified force model.The type of vibration of the mast strcuture isanalysed with the theory of fiexcural vibration. When the tower crane is operating, it is revealed that the middle’s stresses of tower crane’s mast structure is higher than thebottom’s. The results would provide the basis for the testing and calculation of tower crane.
