MDF水泥抗弯强度与大孔尺寸和孔隙率的关系

【摘要】 采用压汞仪、氦比重仪和STEM等仪器研究了MDF水泥抗弯强度与大孔尺寸和孔隙率的关系。实验结果表明,抗弯强度与孔隙率有良好的相关性,孔隙率降低,抗弯强度明显增高。抗弯强度与大孔尺寸没有明显的相关性,Kendall修正的Grilfith方程不适用于MDF水泥。

【Abstract】 The rclsyionships between maximum pore size, porosity and flcxural strength of MDF cement were investigated by mercury intrusion method, helium pycnometer, STEM, etc. The experimental results show that there is a good relatlollship between porosity and fie-cural strength and the lower the porosily, the higher the fie-cural strength. There is no obvious relationship between maximum pore size and fie-cural strength. The Griffith equation modified by Kendall is unsuitable for MDF cement.
